Dec 26, 2018 · Hi @traciekrieger,. As long as you've used the label from your StubHub Sales portal, all is well! At times (especially around holidays), UPS tracking may be delayed in updating to our system but you'll be covered in the sale and payment issues as soon as the package is delivered.
