Jul 10, 2014 · For those of you who have ordered directly from Steinhart and who live in the US, can you tell me about how long it takes from the time you place your order until it arrives? On delivery there was an obvious misprint/mark on one of the date windows. I immediately sent the watch back to Germany asking for a replacement which was an option inline with the company's policy. Steinhart emailed me saying that to get a replacement I would have to get a refund from them before starting the ordering progress again.
