May 12, 2012 · I signed and then when I later looked at the parcel address realised it wasn't for me, right address - wrong name. I rang/emailed RM and they didn't want to know, said they had delivered to right address etc. I had a fair idea who it was for as we had loads of wrongly addressed parcels for this person who seemed to like giving out our address.

Dec 10, 2010 · We don't deliver to names, we only deliver to addresses, if the address on the special was wrong then the only thing you can do is try to find out where it was delivered to and try asking them otherwise you need to get the package sent again only this time to your correct address.

Ive done a bit of detective work, and found a person living in the next road with the same name (its quite unusual) I phoned them up and spoke to them asking if they had a package delivered, and they admitted that they had.
