Make your way to the very top and go to the south most jump-down point (before there are 3 pots in a small doorway. Destroy them and step through. Then go to the right and to the southern most jumping point and do it. Now simply make your way back to the weapon cage to see the yellow flame ignited. Now claim the 3 special items.
