I Would say almost every Toy i buy are From Smyths Toys from the range and quality to customer care and speedy delivery i wont shop anywhere else..i only once had. a problem with a Toy which was dealt with by Customer services very quickly and so polite within 5 days of contact The item was picked up and new item delivered.. 5 STAR PLUS...2.3/5

I was once a software ast at Stevenage Smyths, and how they handle people with disabilities is shocking! Saying that “If it wasn’t for my autism i wouldn’t be working in Smyths” right away that was discrimination and when i confronted them about this the next day, their response “They didn’t understand” which is a lot of bull!

Placed an order with smyths the order was not delivered to my address and smyths have advised the courier have a signature and the delivery driver was on my street and have said it’s my own responsibility for not being in. Considering the email states a day it will be delivered by doesn’t give you an exact day it will arrive.

I contacted Smyths to ask whether I was getting a refund or replacement as their website does not make it clear what happens when an item is faulty. Smyths wrote back saying they had no record of the parcel and asked for the tracking details, which I provided and which clearly showed the item being delivered to their warehouse.

I wish I read these reviews before… I wish I read these reviews before going near Smyths!! I ordered a 10ft slide from Smyths, I was charged €30 for delivery, it's one town away. Anyway, they delivered a 5ft slide instead and I didn't notice until the delivery driver was gone.
