Sep 28, 2017 · Fedex Smartpost is only available to business in a contract and is a little bit less reliable because final delivery is by USPS whereas home delivery is no contract and is handled by FedEx Ground all the way through. In my opinion, FedEx Home Delivery/Ground is the better option.
