Oct 28, 2016 · Found this while looking for "skype for business not receiving messages". Running into a similar issue: IM delivery is just flaky. I have SFB installed on my MAC, Android Phone and Windows PC. Phone and Windows PC also run regular skype. Regular skype <--> regular skype: works without issues. SFB --> regular skype: messages are always delivered
