I upgraded to sky q then received a message from sky stating equipment was being delivered on 25/3. I wasn't able to take time off work as i am a nurse and tried contacting sky to rearrange delivery but with no success. I was sent a royal mail tracking ID so i checked to see where the delivery actually was.
