On one: I paid a hefty 30% extra to have the delivery guaranteed on the 16th of December, as I was moving out of my apartment the 18th. I received a note on the 16th, that the book was shipped and would arrive on the 19th. Obviously that wouldn't work, so I called their customer service.2.2/5

Shutterfly is a rip off. I paid extra (dearly, mind you, but it would have been worth it) for delivery a certain day and when I found out I wouldn't get it that day, they tell me there isn't anything they can do about it. They just keep repeating what the email says, "Delivery will not be until Oct. 1." BEWARE SHUTTERFLY delivery options.1/5(24)
