I also had a forceps delivery and many of the same symptoms. What really helped me with sitting was using a donut pillow (bought off amazon). When my coccyx pain is acting up I will still use it to sit around the house. My sister didn’t have a forceps delivery but still had coccyx pain for like a year after birth.
