    Jun 04, 2012 · I had to return a router via freepost but company stated the freepost should be special delivery. First post office i went to was a small local one, they insisted I pay for it if it was special delivery even though it was freepost, went to a larger branch who sent it via special delivery, giving me the proof of postage but without me having to pay.
