But in my case the destination address aims to an domain alias and Postfix accept the message at first step and manually send a "sender non-delivery notification", because it recognize the target isn't available after he really replace the domain.

Let me explain. Your urge to disable Non-Delivery Notifications (NDN) aka bounces messages probably arises from a good intent to avoid sending backscatter. Still, you need to be able to inform your own users if they are sending mail to email addresses with problems.

I will also look for a way to send a copy of the bounced messages to a special account and then with sieve send it back to the original sender, so I can apply it if smtp2go is not able to change their service.

We have a DMARC policy that forces DKIM headers on all mail and when Postfix sends a non-delivery notification to this bulk mail sender (a fake e-mail alias) it fails because of our DMARC policy.

Nov 23, 2019 · It's notifying the sender of the bounced email as well as [email protected], which makes perfect sense. My simple test script wasn't setting the from address, so Plesk was defaulting to the system user for the virtual host, which always makes sense.
