Mar 31, 2016 · Hi guys, I have been running in to this issue all day. I set up an SMTP server using IIS 6. I set 'Send a copy of Non-Delivery Report' to [email protected] which is hosted by Rackspace.. I have been testing NDR and I have not received even a single one.
