Jan 12, 2012 · When it arrived on Saturday July 14th, the delivery driver showed me that it was filthy so I refused delivery. I called Sears and set up another delivery. On July 21st the second mattress arrived and just after the delivery drivers left, we discovered that the mattress not only had multiple dirt spots but also what appeared to be blood stains.

Mar 15, 2019 · Problem with our mattress from Sears. They pressured is to leave the mattress at our house saying it will be quicker to exchange. Well now we are stick with a mattress for 30 days just sitting in our home they can't return or exchange it for 30 days per store policy. We have no room for it. I called to plead with them but no exceptions.
