Dec 18, 2017 · In brief, I purchased a sofa and chair from SCS in store on 3rd September. They said, and put on the invoice that the estimated time on delivery was 12 weeks, which would have been 26th November. We received a call on Thursday 30th November to say that it will be delivered the next day on Friday 1st December between 1pm and 4pm.

May 15, 2012 · Partner rang the head office and the lady there told him the order was not due to come in to their warehouse til next weds... our branch of SCS promised delivery next weds. So partner asked for a screen print as he was tired of being fobbed off with one sales person saying one thing and someone else saying another.
