Well after I reviewed last time. Lazy Boy customer services have been in touch. Told me they don't do the colour anymore, so cant replace faulty parts. So went down to SCS same colour is available, checked with lazyboy direct, pretending be a customer after the colour of my sofa, for a sofa in store and hey presto they do it not a problem.1.9/5(44)

I purchased a recliner from the Lazy Boy store in Pineville, NC for my husband who had cancer and I wanted him to have power recliner. The lady I purchased it from was very nice and helpful. However, this past Tuesday night, my husband passed away and I when to the store to try and cancel the order, since the recliner had not been delivery.
