I had assumed that when you placed an order online for next day delivery, that Screwfix had performed a stock check before they took your money and processed the order. Wrong. Phone call from Screwfix at 6 pm the day before delivery to say they can't deliver. Very amateurish.2.9/5

Very disappointed with screwfix click and collect. They say 2-3 Working days for delivery but it’s over a week. Ordered something on the 3rd and didn’t get delivery until the 11th. Staff on the phone not very pleasant, staff instore very pleasant.2.9/5
