I had assumed that when you placed an order online for next day delivery, that Screwfix had performed a stock check before they took your money and processed the order. Wrong. Phone call from Screwfix at 6 pm the day before delivery to say they can't deliver. Very amateurish.2.9/5

Feb 07, 2006 · Screwfix could not track the missing item so agreed to send a replacement for Saturday delivery at home. Just waiting in all morning and nothing arrived. Phoned Screwfix and they say it is scheduled for Monday delivery at home address where no one will be in to accept delivery.
