Paid extra for home delivery but Parcel Force messed up and I had to collect from a post office. This wasn't Schuh's fault but in response to my complaint they said they'll refund the delivery charge as a "gesture of goodwill". A month later, I still haven't received the refund. I just hope they at least forwarded my complaints about Parcel Force.

Schuh claim that they do not refund postage charges, but under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act, they are obliged to refund this - I will be submitting a complaint stating this and asking for my £4.99 to be refunded. Schuh are therefore making a lot of money out of customers who are unaware of this rule.
