Oct 28, 2009 · In VOV8 for your sales doc type ( i think in the shipping tab) check whether immediste delivery switch is activated or not. It should be blank. Then system will not create delivery up on saving the order. I create a sales order at VA01 or modificate it VA02, the transaction automatically creates a Delivery Number.
