What is your status of sales order is it completed or being processed? Sales order status is controlled by item category completion rule. A delivery will show being processed even if PGI is done. A delivery will have status completed if the billing gets generated for that delivery

The process is not correct. After the billing document is cancelled the delivery status will automatically change to being processed as there is no billing document for the delivery document. EWM accepts a quantity change as long as the outbound delivery order is not yet being processed. If EWM accepts the quantity change, it reports the execution of the quantity change to SAP ERP. EWM rejects any quantity changes for outbound delivery orders that are already in processing.

The POD status of a delivery is “not relevant” when you expect it to “relevant". The POD status of a delivery is initial (“Not Relevant”) when you expect it to be “A” (“Not Yet processed”). Delivery is not relevant for “Proof of delivery” despite the “Proof of Delivery” flag being set in the ship-to party master and the item category customising.
