As per logic delivery date should be request date + PDT + purchase processing time. i:e 05.07.2015 but system is showing it as 15.09.2015. Please help me to understand the logic for the calculation. The planned delivery time in the PIR is used by MRP to determine the release date of the requisitions it creates, by offsetting the release date by that length of time back from the requirements date. SAP assumes that if you are manually creating extra requirements you must want them immediately.
