Inbound delivery already has header and item text. While creating inbound in VL31N in menu click on "Goto" then "Header" and then "Texts" you can enter text here. For item level click "Goto" from menu then "Item" and then "Texts". Config: TCode VOTXN to create a new Text ID under Delivery Option and assign it in the text procedure which is linked to Delivery Type of Inbound delivery.
