Then for this process order GR is done for quantity 10. Standard SAP sets the final delivery indicator in the Good reciept Tab of the process order. This is the standard behaviour. Now what we want is, When we do a GR for more than order quantity for example 15, we do not want the final delivery indicator to be set.

Created one production order with qty 11 nos. There is no delivery tolerance. Now confirmed 5 nos in the order and it is a partial confirmation. The status of the order is PCNF and PDLV. Dec 07, 2015 · Set "final entry" indicator in the service entry sheet: Going to transaction ML81N, and select the SES in change mode. You will see "Set Final Entry (Ctrl+F5)" button at the menu bar. This is the way to set Final entry sheet field (ESSR-FINAL), once it is done, "Delivery completed" indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) will also be automatically set.

The Quantity that is to be received from an order, is normally the order quantity + or - the delivery tolerances noted on the order goods receipt tab. Once the goods receipt for the order quantity is made the system would call that as final delivery and tag this receipt with a "delivery completed indicator" and change the order status to DLV.
