Kishore, Route time will only be used to schedule the Delivery. It is not used by the PO in any date calculations in a Stock Transport Order. Logically, for a STO, you probably should maintain the planned delivery time such that it is consistant with the transit (Route) time if you intend to create your deliveries automatically, and you want delivery creation to be consistant with planning.
