SAP will not normally permit archiving when open deliveries exist. It is possible that the delivery does not actually still exist, that only the delivery requirements are there. Try running report SDRQCR21, which will rebuild the requirements. If the delivery does not exist, then the display will disappear from MD04.

In my case,EKES-MENGE is 1 qty and EKES-DABMG is zero.In MD04 the shipping notification is available with the same inbound delivery with exception as 20 (Cancel process) which is deleted from tables. This program is used for to regenerate the sales/delivery requirements. Example: sales order 1000 is created on some date. Now may be you have put the reason for rejection to the sales order but the stock requirement list MD04 is still holding the qty against to the sales document.
