We can complete the delivery manually by using this transaction. It will set all the field status to C. A delivery will have status completed if the billing gets generated for that delivery. Looking at your issue i feel some line items in sales order or quantities are not competeley delivered. Otherwise some delivered items are not completely billed either line item or qty. Analyze this. Regards. Raja
