    I would venture to say our rural carriers work their actual evaluated time maybe 10-20 days per year. I've never seen them hit their evaluated time for the week. Looks to me like the postal service is losing money on them. They don't even come close during Christmas, but it wouldn't matter because they'd get overtime.
