Runges failed to rotate the tires. We know this because when my wife brought the car home I saw break dust on our front tire wheel rims. Only our front tires have break dust on the wheel rims -- this means the tires were not rotated. Runges charged us to rotate the tires -- even though the did not rotate them. 2013 -- Brought car in for brake work.
