Wednesday is smoke day at Ribslayer. The staff sometimes works a 12 hour day. It’s not normal but when the demand for our famous bbq is required, they have to do the best they can. Today was a day like that. Our shorted staff of 2! worked like hell to get the bbq done and then handle a hot dinner rush. Not complaining but fans need to know!
