Well, how is that possible when Revel clearly states in their contract that you MUST park on a street where at least 24 hours of parking is available. So that means you can't park on the side that clearly says "No Parking Tuesday 8am to 9am" if it's presently Monday at 11:30am - because if you do, and no one comes to rent that bike - it will get a ticket in the morning.
