I forgot to mention it, it is not a viable option because users can access other services linked to Active Directory. And as far as I know it is not possible to restrict logon hours by organizational unit. The focus is to find a solution in Horizon or Access. 1.

The only way to restrict logon hours is when authentication happens on-premises, so you need either PTA or AD FS. But that will of course apply to all apps, not just Teams. An alternative is to schedule a PowerShell script that periodically disables/reenables the account and revokes tokens. Again, applies to all apps.

limiting logon times for AD accounts would probably resolve this. AD logon hours do not actively disconnect users from connected network resources, but rather prevent new logins. So if you're already connected to a resource then it won't break that connection. However, I'm not certain how this would affect users signed in to Outlook clients, OD4B etc.
