Resort Equity Marketing is definitely a scam. I have been with them since 2008, and nothing has been rented out. I owned an Orange Lake resort. They told me it was popular and could be rented out within 45 days. It has been 2 years! I do call in to check on my resort regularly and reduced my prices a couple times.
