RTD September service changes take effect September 5. The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is implementing service changes on Sunday, Sept. 5. RTD is reinstating several routes thanks to feedback from customers who participated in the customer input phase of the service change. Routes being reinstated include the 0L, 3L, 116X, CV, EV and P.
