Ramen Setagaya is not excessively expensive and it's on par with any good noodle shops anywhere else. The soup is not too salty but then it's salty by homecook standard, which is to say it's pretty normal when eating out. It's Sunday lunch hour so there is a bit of waiting, about 10 minutes for 2 bowls of ramen.
