Not allowed any real flex/manager’s choice space with merchandising either. The overall company culture is excellent and RaceTrac would be a wonderful place to work if every region was run the way the Executive leadership intends it to be. Unfortunately, the LA region has some poor leadership that can make your life miserable until you quit.

Low pay. Long hours... if someone calls out you are asked to stay and provide coverage. Bad associates. Some times you work with people who just aren't interested in working and as the manager you're expected to get everything they need done and more. No more bonuses for some managers going in to 2021.
