Raba Kistner is now a subsidiary (4th quarter 2018) of Construction Sciences, based in Australia. Construction Sciences is part of Cardno which was previously in direct competition with Raba Kistner services. I expect the management structure to be revamped within the next 12 to 18 months and would recommend waiting until 'the dust settles'.
