Paid £6.60 for next day special delivery of a letter by 1pm.Didn't arrive until 3 days later.Put in complaint but was told you cannot claim compensation for consequential loss as that service is extra.Won't trust using this service again.just as well of sent it recorded delivery as it's obviously not treated...1.6/5(617)

Royal Mail tried to post a parcel but it was to big for the letter on Wednesday 11 March and popped a card telling me, so I got it redelivered on Friday my day off ,any way couldn’t, had to work so had It redelivered for the Saturday and the lady said that’s all done you will get it Saturday and she gave me a number to confirm delivery, 420312379841541 my post come Saturday but no parcel.
