Re: ROYAL MAIL INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS. Went to PO yesterday with a glass dish. It was packed to withstand anything except being run over by a tank. I was informed by the postal clerk it is not covered for damage by 2nd class, 1st class nor Special Delivery.
