The seller has the contract of delivery with RM (because he paid them to deliver it) so it is his responsibility to get RM to investigate the non-delivery to the correct address and get his costs back from them. But you have no deal with RM. Contact the person you got it from.

Strictly speaking they should send it back to the sender, but if someone in the B78 office knows that the street is in B13 then you may get it tomorrow.

May 12, 2012 · My doorbell went at about 7.30 am on a Saturday and Royal Mail stuck a large parcel in my face and demanded my signature. I signed and then when I later looked at the parcel address realised it wasn't for me, right address - wrong name. I rang/emailed RM and they didn't want to know, said they had delivered to right address etc.
