May 10, 2013 · Under file transfer on the 4500. It just says delivery option, and you can turn it on or off. Don't have a 5050, but it should be the same Ricoh control panel menu convention.

May 16, 2017 · YEs, ricoh has this issue, I fixed it with an FTPS server or FTP on the server for scans usig Filezilla and the issue was resolved. Firmware updates might be the only other option. How did you make FTP scan-to-folder work?? Ricoh cannot figure it out.3.5/5(51)
