We hold items for 18 calendar days before returning them to their sender, so any Redelivery date must be within 18 calendar days of the first delivery attempt. 48 working hours notice is required for a Redelivery.

Bad delivery. Parcel and item damaged upon delivery. They used some tape to seal the package but looked suspicious as both parcel and item was opened. A bit scared that the package has been mishandled, especially with the coronavirus flying around. Won't recommend Yodel at all!4.2/5

“ Yodel is the worst company ever and lie to customer’s. Spoke on web chat about a 4 day late parcel which has still not been delivered. According to the tracking number it was collected on 29 March for delivery by 3 April yet yodel say they collected it today 7 April.1.1/5

While almost all delivery companies are obtuse, unhelpful, and make resolving issues as difficult as possible, none compare to the heavy iron walls that surround Yodel. I have a delivery due, it was meant to arrive some time last week.
