Nothing had arrived so I emailed the vendor who said they'd sent it on 6th April recorded delivery, she gave me the recorded delivery number. On checking it says it was delivered on 7th April but I've not received it, nothing through the door to say it's even been left with a neighbour but I went and checked round our street and no-one took in a parcel for me.

Mar 04, 2012 · I sent two parcels last Saturday 1st class recorded delivery. One of the buyers contacted me today and said she had not received her parcel yet. I checked the tracking number and it says it is being processed through the system for delivery. I decided to check the other parcel and it says the same thing. That buyer hasn't contacted me yet.

May 30, 2013 · I sent an item Recorded Delivery last week, it has not arrived so I went into the Post Office with my receipt. I spoke to the same person who I posted the item with and he said he needed the reference number which he 'would have given me' . All I got from him was a receipt which I told him and also spoke to a manager but they would not accept this.
