The compressor failed in Feb 2020. We also bought an extended warranty. We called for service. LG uses A&E Factory Service and they cancelled on us 3 times in 2 weeks saying their tech was unavailable. RC Willey stepped up and paid a local company to come out on a Saturday to fix it. We are very pleased with RC Willey's effort to help us out.
