I was frantically wandering around downtown LA at noon looking for a restroom and lunch. Due to personal preference, I was leaning to finding a bathroom as more important. I found both at Qdoba. The restrooms were PUBLIC (unlike 95% of all places in downtown LA) and since they let me use their facilities, I decided to patronize their restaurant.

If you're looking for cheap, Chipotle-like mexican food while you're in Downtown LA, then Qdoba is your best bet. It's definitely not authentic Mexican food, but it ain't bad either. I usually get the salads or the burritos. Very greasy and probably unhealthy, but I don't mind. (: Under 10 bucks, so I'm not complaining.
