I tried to force connection, but they would never budge. I turned on diagnostic logging to get more information about what was going on in the Event Logs.

Oct 25, 2012 · Thanks Miguel Clara. I did run the Aqadmcli.exe tool before and got some messages the it was successful but the queue mails are still there. Inside the server system manager, in the queue folder it indicates that the mails are there but clicking on queue/message/find message there is no mail.

Jun 17, 2010 · Either case, if the mail gets queued for local delivery, but not delivered to the mailbox store, I'd suspect an AV quarantining the mails. In the registry, disabling VirusScan key would be one step. Else try stopping/disabling the AV services from Services console.
