Edit: I am returning with an update. Today, on a Thursday, I started calling the main number at 8 on the dot. I finally got through to be on hold around 8:20. Stayed on hold for an hour and 54 minutes, and the call drops. Just for kicks I dialed at 11 and got through to be on hold the first try! Waited on hold exactly 2 hrs and 31 minutes.
