Pure Core makes their living off of new trainers that don’t know how to negotiate their salary or stand up for themselves. When hired they offered me $16 an hour, but it wasn’t until after I accepted the job that they told me I got paid per session, and each session was only 30 minutes so on reality I was only making $8 per session.

To the trainers who want to get by training 2-10 hours a week; Pure core would bounce a $65 check over and over again. What kind of company is this? ZERO respect for the people who run this company as they don’t care about the employees or the clients. Even if your a new trainer, don’t waste your time with this company.
