We've had 3 or 4 tenants caught here after hours, and the company phone was either dead or in one case the employee was at the hospital b/c her mom was admitted, and left the phone in the car. There's a pedestrian gate so people can get out, but not cars. I usually handle it by saying, "We told you, and the gate says, 7-7.

Posted June 21, 2010. At my Public Storage, after hours, you can walk out of the unit via the stairs and walk out of the facility via a small gate. You can not, however, get your car out. I assumed all Public Storages are the same.
