I have been a PSECU member for 40 years. Within the past 5 years or so the quality of service has gone drastically down. Response time for email requests is in days rather than hours (and several times my question wasn’t even answered), inability to find previously accessible information on line (e.g. mailing address to forward tax bills), rudeness and ineptitude in the mortgage department.
